  My mango margarita was DELICIOUS. So good that I absolutely forgot to take a picture. It has real mango flavor and not artificial.
  
  My tacos were so filling and DELISH. Baja Tacos. Also came with a giant side of rice and refried beans.
  
  My boyfriend got the California burrito. It was HUGE. Could honestly be split if you aren’t starving.
  
  The homemade guacamole was also AMAZING.
  
  Highly recommend.

  AMAZINGGG MARGARITAS!! My husband and I stopped in here randomly on a Saturday afternoon while on a road trip. There were very few patrons and the service was very speedy and courteous. We filled up on chips and salsa because we were so hungry and barely had any room for our entrees. Beans and rice are such a staple that they ever get any special attention but this was so delicious! The margarita was so large that I had to take it in a to-go cup! Our server also graciously offered to wash the glass so I could take it with me. I haven’t had every margarita in CT and I know a good margarita from a terrible one so, Señor Pancho’s claim that they have the best margaritas in all of CT just might be true!

  We had a wonderful experience at Senor Panchos Mexican Restaurant. It has been a while since we were last at a Senor Panchos since we don’t live near one, but we were very pleased that we came to this one in Southbury!
  
  The owner/manager, Andy, greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. He then recommended some of his specialties, such as the veggie quesadillas, shrimp and spinach quesadillas, the fiesta sampler, and the veggie enchilada sampler. We decided to try them all, and we were not disappointed. All the food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The portions were generous to the point that we had plenty of leftovers to bring home, and the prices were reasonable. We particularly enjoyed the chips and salsa, which were homemade and delicious, especially since the chips had a good seasoning on them that other places don’t have! The service Andy gave us was also very attentive and friendly since he ensured that we got all of our food in a timely manner.
  
  We highly recommend Senor Panchos to anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Suppose you can’t make it in person. In that case, they also offer delivery on Doordash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub for your convenience, along with the traditional pickup option.

  The décor is lovely! Very cozy while also spacious. The chips and salsa were super fresh and very tasty. I had the Santa Fe burrito and the mole on it was outstanding; the whole dish was delicious. Our server (I think his name was Tim) was so kind, courteous, and attentive. Highly recommend, especially as the owner is really an example of what a community leader can be.

There are $3 Tecate beers, $6 and $7 drink specials, $6 wine and $5 seltzers (see pic) and enjoy chips and the best restaurant salsa around for FREE. I ordered the cup of chili and a chicken burrito and my wife ordered the pork tacos (see pics). Everything was delicious and the service was great.
