Sean went to bat for me when no one else would at Geico. he is scholar and a gentleman and went above and beyond for me when things went south. I cannot say enough good about his customer service and thoroughness . This man had my back when he really didn't have to. I would give him a thousand stars if I could. Would recommend him as your agent.

When I reached out to the Sean Collins State Farm Agency to transfer my auto and renter's insurance coverages from North Carolina to Pennsylvania, I couldn't have anticipated that it would be so easy and pleasant. Sandi is one of the most professional, responsive, helpful, and sincere people I've ever worked with. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was getting comparable rates to what I was paying in North Carolina without sacrificing important coverage. Moreover, she is simply delightful. I never thought that emails from my insurance company could bring a smile to my face, but when I see that they're from Sandi, it truly brightens my day. Really looking forward to being a long-term policyholder with this office!

Talking to insurance companies is bit hectic all the time as the rates doesn't satisfy the customer, no major discounts, wait times to talk to customer service, but this is not applicable to Sean Collins-State farm Insurance Agent. They are amazing in their business ,end to end process is pretty smooth, they look for customer satisfaction which is key takeaway in attracting more customers. You don't even get the thought to bargain as the rates they provide is already low in the market.
