In the business! They give you a personalized “home town” service, they know their customers names and faces which is more than a lot of other companies anymore. But I have had occasion, in my business and personal life, to work with many professional service firms and specifically with many insurance agents. I know from my own experience, and from the glowing reviews of our mutual clients, that the team at Frees Insurance go above and beyond for their clients in reviewing coverage, processing claims, and placing coverage for everything ranging from home and autos to boats and liability umbrella policies.
