(August 25, 2022, 4:39 pm)I was looking for an ATS-V Championship Edition in white with a 6-speed, and I'm told they made as few as 4 of them. I found one here, and was going to be leaving with it regardless of how I was treated because the car was impossible to pass up. But working with these people ended up being a great bonus.
Jaime worked with me from start to finish and is an absolute sweetheart. I live 4 hours away, so she was very communicative and accessible whenever needed so basically everything was ready to go before I even showed up and saw the car. I'll be looking for a commuter car for the winter, and I'd have no problem doing business with them again despite the fact that I have a million options to choose from closer to me.
Evan was next to get all the finance stuff sorted out, and it was nice to deal with another car guy I could relate to. That's not necessarily a requirement at a Cadillac/Buick/GMC store, but when dealing with the V series it was nice to have someone who spoke the language.
I've worked for dealerships in the past and from the inside I could tell who the bad people were and their tendencies. I hear all the horror stories. But at least from my experience, these people are the good ones.
