  I was little taken aback by one of the first comments thrown my way when I said I wasn’t looking to buy today was “unless I can find you a deal you can live with.” While we did buy on that day I didn’t appreciate the subtle pressure put on us. The rest of the process was highly professional and cordial. Maurice the essential salesperson was thorough in explaining the vehicle and adding any available options. We do appreciate the dealership purchasing the second key and fob that were not available when the dealership purchased the vehicle. Again 5 stars just ratchet down the subtle pressure. Kudos to Mo…we would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

  Fantastic service team! From the moment Ashley answered my call, to when I arrived and Service Consultant Billy D. greeted me, I was carefully listened to as I provided my description of my car issues. The service tech drove my car, heard what I heard, diagnosed the issue and quickly resolved. I trust and rely on the expertise of this service team! Thank you!

  Excellent service ! Very satisfied purchased the new Yukon xl Denali! So comfortable to work with the sales James Mangene. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for the new GM product!

  Scranton Motors is the best dealership I have been to in the last 10 years. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Take time to explain things and answer questions. Kayla was the most accommodating Sales Rep we have dealt with in many years. They even took the time to recognized my birthday, which was the day after I was in the dealership, with a card and balloon. This is a great place to lease or purchase a vehicle.

  An overall satisfactory and professional experience. From vehicle drop off, to being kept informed on the progress and completion of the work, to a quick pick up process, everything was handled excellently. The service department also coordinated a new key being programmed while my vehicle was in for service.
