  My daughter is a graduate of nature preschool and transitioned easily into our local public kindergarten. My son is currently enrolled in the outdoor class and I really can’t imagine him anywhere else.

  Nature Preschool provides young children with an education like no other. Children are immersed in the outdoors every day. They don’t simply learn about nature, they learn through nature. The SCEE has a mind toward raising young stewards of the world. The nature preschool is deeply integrated into the day to day operations of the larger center, which means children come into contact daily with professionals who have a depth of knowledge about wildlife, plant life, trail building and maintenance, art, and conservation. Nature Preschool as created an educational foundation for my children that will last them a lifetime.

  This has been a magical experience for our two children. The teachers are amazing: the education they provide is creative, thoughtful, and inspires a deep love of nature and lasting friendships. I highly recommend this preschool if nature and play are fundamental to your sense of childhood development. My child transitioned easily to her kindergarten class from here and she felt very prepared.

  Our son absolutely LOVES attending Nature Preschool at the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education. The teachers are fantastic! They are so devoted to the students, inspiring and excited to share their knowledge of the natural world. They foster our son and his classmates sense of adventure and spirit. The updates, photos and weekly newsletters keep parents engaged with what they are doing every day and our son enjoys the schedule and routine of his day.The grounds of the school are so beautiful and it’s been fun to observe all the seasonal changes over the course of the school year. Our son comes home happy and excited to tell us about all he learned!

  All 3 of my kids have attended Nature Preschool and we've been very happy! We love the nature center and grounds, the teachers and staff and the friends we've made. Highly recommend!
