  My wife and I wanted to travel to celebrate our 35th Anniversary. Scandinavian Travel was recommended to us and we are so glad we booked with them. Norway was great and Scandinavian Travel did a fantastic job of arranging our trip. We visited Oslo, Balestrand and Bergen. Oslo is a beautiful, modern city, easily walkable, with a mix of old and interesting new architecture. The company arranged a walking tour with Rami who knows everything about the city; his tour is a great way to get to know Oslo.
  Next, we took the “Norway in a Nutshell” trip to Bergen, with the detour through Sognefjord to Balestrand. Do not miss this! You’ll take the train up the mountains from Oslo to Myrdal and then switch trains to Norway’s version of the Hogwart’s Express for a magical ride down the other side of the mountains, passing lush green valleys and countless waterfalls. ST booked us at the Kviknes Hotel, a grand old damme hotel from the 1800s. The hotel and cute little village are a gentle reminder to slow down, relax and just enjoy the day.
  We finished our journey in Bergen. ST arranged a Food & Culture Tour that was both delicious and fun. We walked the city; took the funicular up Mt. Floyen and then hiked down. The views were outstanding. Bergen was friendly and full of history.
  Our hotels everywhere were first class. Transport was seamless, tours were given by locals who made us fall in love with their cities, and we did not have to think about anything. The team at ST anticipated our every need and made sure this trip was our best ever. We will certainly book with them again. Thank you!!

  This was our first trip as father-daughter since the passing of our mother from cancer last year. It has always been a tradition to travel as a family once a year. So we needed this to be something special and something heartfelt.
  
  Kelly and her team surpassed our expectations every step of the way with regards to planning and executing this trip. From constant communication via Whatsapp to sending love on our pictures; we felt like she was with us on the trip. Even when our luggage got lost in Frankfurt, Kelly responded to us in a timely fashion (even with the 7 hour time zone difference!) and helped us rearrange our tours to fit with the altered timeline.
  
  I would highly recommend this company and our agent for any future trip planned to Scandinavia!

  Our two week tour of Norway was originally planned and paid for immediately before the COVID shutdown of world travel. Two years later, Scan Am re-booked the tour including improving a couple of the hotels; we didn't lose our money for the tour nor the airfare through their consolidator. Classy operation by Tom Casey. Excellent itinerary and tour recommendations. We'll use Scan Am again when we go to Scotland one day!

  I just want you both to know that our trip was SPECTACULAR! We loved everything about Norway -- the mountains, the fjords, the outdoor ethic, the kind people, the socialist government, the environmentalism -- we absolutely fell in love. It was especially wonderful for my 2 sons to learn about that part of their background; it was a true heritage trip.
  
  And thanks to both of you for such excellent planning. The hotels were all great, the excursions were special, and it all went off without a hitch. My husband and I definitely want to explore the northern part of the country so we'll be in touch when we're ready to plan it.
