Savona's Trattoria & Bar - Hudson

First time dining here and I love this place. I was dining solo and sat in the bar area for dinner. Service was wonderful, warm and attentive. My lasagna was great - and I’m very picky about lasagna! Great cocktail menu too. Can’t wait to bring my family here. This may be our new favorite place to dine out.

Our family celebrated our twin granddaughters birthday last night. My daughter made the arrangements for event that consisted of a party of thirteen. We could not have been happier with the service, quality of the food and friendly attentiveness of the staff. The food was served family style and there more than enough to feed everyone. We had four different entrees and each one was outstanding in quality and taste. The staff were extremely attentive and made sure we were all satisfied. Any leftovers were carefully packaged for our return home. The restaurant allowed us to bring in a birthday cake and served us all.
We know this branch of Savona’s is new to our neighborhood but it is certainly a welcome addition. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning as loyal customers.

I ordered the Chicken Francese and it was delicious! We had the tiramisu dessert and that was average. We dined here several nights on the outdoor patio and every night was great.

pan seared Maine day boat scallops served over local butternut squash, roasted shallot and crispy prosciutto risotto!!!! I would order this any day of the week. If you get a chance to sit in the garden, please take it vantage of it because it’s beautiful. And the Apple Cider sangria ❤️

Enjoyed Savona’s. It was surprisingly busy considering we visited on a Thursday night in late October. I ordered the mushroom risotto and my partner the eggplant parmigiana. Both of us were pleased with our meals. Wait staff was friendly and attentive and the prices reasonable. Not inexpensive, but not overpriced either. We sat near the kitchen so had an opportunity to see many different meals passing by, all looked delicious. If you’re visiting the area I’d recommend
