  So good! If you're craving some Thai food in the area, make sure to pay them a visit because they are the newest star in town! We ordered a salmon dish, a noodle dish, and the mango sticky rice and they were all superb.
  
  Their atmosphere was also to die for, with open outdoor seating featuring a lovely jazz band.
  
  The service is also amazing! Please don't hesitate to pay them a visit!

  A unique take on Thai food. Issan Thai star is a must see on your restaurant checklist. If you're a foodie and you like Thai food, this place is nice asian fusion. There's a variety of choices for you to try, and many different variations to try them in. This is a place you can't come to once. You'll have to come at least 2 or 3 times to sample all of the different dishes, to realize what's your favorite. In my videos I show parking, pros and cons and my final thought on my dinner.

  Great service.
  The food I recommend green curry. But the dishes are too oily and salty and it needed to be adjusted.
  Mango sticky rice is great, a little too sweet and chef can change the coconut sauce 🥹

  If you're in the Hudson area and craving Thai food, look no further than Isaan Thai Star. In addition to excellent food and drinks, it offers efficient service and great vibes that include beautiful live music.
  
  The Panang Salmon was phenomenal, both in its plating and taste. The Himmapan Chicken and Drunken Noodle Chicken both packed a little heat but were excellent options. The Spring Roll was great, the Shumai was decent, the unsweetened Thai Iced Tea was refreshing, and the Thai Iced Tea with coconut milk was also a hit (without the milk overpowering the flavor). All in all, we greatly enjoyed our evening dinner here, and would highly recommend Isaan to others.

  I've only been to the new location a few times, the food is the same (delicious) and everything else has gotten better. More space, including a beautiful outside patio/garden area. Nice bar area. The whole place is very bright and airy. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends.
  
  It's located across the street from Upper Depot Brewing and close walking distance to Warren St.
