I was new to yoga and did not know what to expect. Marcela was very accommodating and made it fun and easy to understand each pose and posture. I now attend regularly and feel rejuvenated, and sometimes sore (in a good way), after each class. Marcela does a great job of not only leading a great workout, but also providing an explanation of the health benefits. If you are looking for a great yoga experience, I highly recommend attending a class. Your body will thank you.
I was new to yoga and could not have been more pleased with Satyamar Yoga and Wellness. Marcela is very knowledgeable in her practice and is just a wonderful person. I would definitely recommend anyone to try Satyamar, whether you are a seasoned yogi or not.
Marcela simply saved me. I just moved to Royersford a few months ago from Tennessee. It’s the first time I have lived out of my home state although I’m an avid global traveler. I was home sick and not feeling connected to my new home and my body was tired. I felt welcomed by her spirit from the first communication. Her small classes are full of everything I need. I learn something new, get individualized support, am invited into a small group of like minded individuals and my mind and body are connected through breathe work while my body is challenged and my spirit is supported. We laugh, we cry, we move and breathe. Five stars all the way. I go three times a week when I’m in town.
Marcela has a very bright and energetic spirit! Her knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the body and small classes allows her to tailor classes to meet the needs of each student. It is a pleasure to practice with her. 🧘🏻☮️🕉🙏
Marcela is so kind and very knowledgeable about your body and mind. I highly recommend her studio! She is educated in anatomy and physiology and shares that wisdom with me so I understand why we are doing each exercise. She is constantly checking to be sure I am in the correct form and posture so I don’t get injured. She offers sessions at various days and times so I can always find one that suits my schedule. If I take an evening session, I am so relaxed afterwards that I have a wonderful sleep. And if my work schedule doesn’t allow me to practice yoga that week, her Facebook always has inspirational messages to get me through!
