  As a runner, I was looking for a gym that would help me tone my muscles more. So far, I am enjoying it. It is faced paced and definitely feels challenging. I am going to stick with it.
  
  I do wish that the sessions that are cardio focused, had a little more rowing/foot movement sections involved, to really get my heart pumping and focus on my cardio.

  Awesome facility and atmosphere! The workouts are great! If you are looking to burn calories, get stronger, or just get in shape, this is the place to be. The instructors make the workouts fun and the 45 minutes fly by. Highly recommend.

  A great group workout that has everything you need!! Put on your big kid pants… you’ll need them. The workouts are well thought out for total body fitness and the trainers are always ready to help and motivate. Always clean and plenty of time options to choose from daily. They were even open on thanksgiving!
