  My kids have been going to Satori Dojo for at least 2 years and they even convinced me to go. Satori dojo teaches a version of Cuong Nhu which is a mixture of Shotokan, Wing Chun, Judo, Aikido, Tai chi, Vovinam, and Boxing. Master Joe Varady is amazing to work with and is great with both kids and adults. Satori is a great place to learn!

  My kids have been taking lessons at Satori Dojo for over 7 years and it has been the most wonderful, rewarding experience for them!! I must say, it has been an incredibly rewarding experience for ME too!! Every step of the way, they have been supported and encouraged to do their very best by Sensei Joe and the instructors!! Joe recognizes what each student needs and what will motivate them. He seems to understand each student's personality and tailors his interactions to resonate with them. He spurs them on to be better people and better martial artists. I always tell people that besides food and clothes, their tuition to Satori Doji is the BEST MONEY I SPEND ALL MONTH!! You will not find a more authentic and encouraging organization in all martial arts!

  My son had a great experience with Satori Dojo and we wouldn't take karate anywhere else. Sensei and the instructors were phenomenal and all truly care about their students. The supplemental materials and videos were very helpful too! If you have the opportunity to take karate here, you won't regret it! We highly recommend it!

  The instructors with the Satori Dojo are some of highest quality instructors I have ever met. They know martial history, they know supplemental training, they know fighting and sparring, and they know weapons. I would highly recommend Satori Dojo to anyone who wishes to train in the martial arts!

  I've been a part of Satori Dojo for about 4 years now, and it was one of the best decisions of my entire life. I'm in better shape, I feel confident in my ability to defend myself (if I ever have too), but perhaps even more importantly i've made friends and connections that make my life better even when we aren't doing Martial Arts. We have a challenging curriculum to be sure, but it is not unreasonable, and the instructors are willing to work with and accommodate students individual needs. You'd be doing yourself a favor to try this place out. :)
