(May 20, 2018, 9:27 am)Sheila is a terrific teacher. I've been going to her Tuesday 6:00 class, and I love it. There are a lot of poses I can't do, and she offers modifications that enable me to do as much as I can. She's also funny, plays interesting music, and creates a warm and caring atmosphere. I'm going to start going to the Thursday 4:30 gentle flow class, which is probably better for me, so lots of options!!

(January 24, 2018, 6:45 pm)Sheila’s classes are so warm and welcoming, you always leave feeling both physically and mentally rejuvenated. She somehow manages to encourage without judgement, and motivates you to push yourself, no matter what your level or ability. So much positive energy and love!

(January 24, 2018, 7:48 am)Sheila is a wonderful yoga instructor! I love her Rev Up & Relax Vinyasa class. It's the perfect blend of heat-building, stretching and relaxation. Sheila gives great cues and provides modification options for each pose, so students of different levels can stay engaged and learn how to slowly push their limits as they develop a deeper practice.

(January 21, 2018, 7:29 pm)Recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to do yoga. Not only is the location great, but I immediately felt welcome into the classes. It’s a great mix of classes too. Tried Vin for the first time, and while I normally look to yoga for a workout, this class reminded me of the importance of mediation and stretching. Shelia is great and I’m never disappointed when I’m done with a class. Definitely check out one of the barre fusion classes!
