(May 10, 2017, 12:02 pm)I contacted Satco about a broken globe. They responded quickly and sent out a new one immediately. I had a repaired light in just a few days. Thank you Satco. BTW, their products are great, look great, and are top quality.

(May 9, 2017, 8:53 am)Was supposed to receive replacement CFL bulbs under warranty but nothing has arrived yet.
Update: Got an email from VP CService who investigated and bulbs were delivered in to days.
These are as bright as all the others currently installed. -
