(December 3, 2021, 10:22 am)It took a few months but EuroChef helped me trouble shoot and fix the problem of the new Verona Stove. I'm happy with the stove (I love the depth, and simplicity of the range) and very happy EuroChef didn't give up in helping me figure out the small issues I was experiencing. It ended up not being issues but just an adjustment. And the stove works a little differently vs an American brand. We didn't need a service tech, they helped me trouble shoot over the phone and via email to get the stove working as it should but if a service tech and parts would have been needed they had my back. Thanks EuroChef and the national dealer for sticking with me as we figured out the adjustments needed on the stove.
