  Sat Nam is a gorgeous place for practice and meditation! Tucked up in the wooded hills, Gitanjali creates an incredibly welcoming space. She is also a divine teacher, and I loved the Laughing Kundalini class I took - supportive, direct, and full of joy. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to tap into their divine feminine and recharge. 💗

  Sat Nam Yoga is an absolutely life transforming yoga studio and retreat. I had the good fortune of discovering it over a decade ago and it has helped me tremendously. My body and mind have benefited tremendously from the yoga classes, but I also benefited from the lifestyle changes I learned along the way. From making simple, nutritious meals, to my meditation practice and simple exercises at home, I lead a healthy life because of what I've learned at Sat Nam.

  Amazing classes and such a peaceful retreat in the nature. Gitanjali took care of us like we were family...definitely an amazing experience end to end...recommend to all!

  Pure bliss!! Thank you Gitanjali for an amazing getaway from the city. Great to know there is a paradise so close. I was visiting a nearby ashram with my girlfriend and we were looking for more cushy accommodations that were also pet friendly. Found Sat Nam online and took a chance that paid off big time. Wasn't expecting to do any yoga outside of visits to ashram, but ended up taking Kundalini with Gitanjali (who is more then accommodating and all around lovely) that was the highlight of our trip. She also has a float tank/sensory deprivation tank that is incredible and the perfect way to rejuvenate in mind/body/spirit. Breakfasts were all locally sourced and delicious. Thanks Gitanjali for making our holiday a dream come true, can't wait to see you again!!
