  This is a fantastic yoga studio with a diverse collection of classes!
  I've been enjoying the aerial yoga (where you do yoga stretches while utilizing an aerial fabric to go deeper into the stretch) and Bollywood dance classes a lot!
  Sahiba has been an amazing teacher in every way. She'll guide you to your potential, has grace and confidence and the knowledge to support an amazing facility for a healing journey.
  Highly recommended!

  Sahiba is an amazing teacher! I took Ariel yoga for the first time with her. I was a little nervous for some of the poses but Sahiba was so patient and made me feel comfortable- I hit every pose! She is really great at keeping the class moving, but allowing for individual pace.
  
  I also took her Bollywood dance class and the combo was so fun!
  
  I highly recommend checking this studio out if you are in the area!

  Sahiba was excellent. She took 8 uncoordinated women and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The Bollywood class was a first for all of us and definitely out of our comfort zone but we had an absolute blast. Would highly recommend taking any of her classes! She’s an absolute delight

  Mountaindale Yoga is a gem in a small town. i love taking aerial & Hatha yoga with Sahiba. She is truly an expert and makes me feel like one too. After one class, I become hooked and “swing” by weekly.

  Moutaindale yoga & Wellness is the best! I've been attending classes since the opening in November 2021. Sahiba is so patient with each & every student. Book a class ASAP you won't regret it!
