  "A marathon is a 20 mile warmup for a 10k". This was the first of many lessons taught to me by Coach Sanjeev. To say that I have learned a lot over the past couple of months is an understatement. Coach Sanjeev is truly an expert in running. His careful guidance and persistent encouragement has greatly helped me to improve my running. He truly understands the fine balance of pushing one's limit without adding unnecessary risk of injury which creates an ideal training formula. I have never felt more accomplished in my running as I have these past couple of months, and I owe it all to Coach Sanjeev!

  Coach Sanjeev is very knowledgeable and motivating. During his sessions, he has provided the information about most running related topics like gait, cadence, timing, etc. He has also given guidance with nutrition, good eating habits and healthy living. Overall Coach Sanjeev has been a positive influence with the newbie runners in my family.

  My goal was to complete my first marathon in 2019. Running was never my thing and was introduced to coach sanjeev in April. From day one , coach sanjeev has motivated and trained me every day with a great follow up. Coach sanjeev made a custom plan for me and was encouraged and supported to follow the plan. All he wanted from me is passion to achieve my goal and time commitment to follow the plan. After six months of training I have completed my Philly full Marathon race in Nov 2019 without any post injury. This was Achievable only because of coach sanjeev’s training plan, running tips and great follow up! His passion for running and efforts to spread the same is amazing ! I would certainly recommend coach sanjeev for anyone who wants their running dream come true.

  I would highly recommend Coach Sanjeev to any person looking for professional guidance to improve their running and overall fitness.
  Sanjeev get to know his client goals and history before developing a comprehensive and easy to follow training plan tailored specifically for that athlete. His plans include in-depth details for each workout including strength training, cross-training, nutrition, post-run recovery, and race day strategies. I found Sanjeev coaching was extremely helpful and encouraging with constant check-ins and feedback and he was always available to answer any questions.

  I had bunion surgery in May 19 and Coach Sanjeev has been great motivator for me for not loosing hope to run but at the same time not rushing in at the risk of injury . His enthusiasm for running is well translated in coaching as you would feel once you get in touch with him. He is super attentive and approachable . All you need to show is your commitment to him and he will make sure you achieve your goals .
