  I first came in contact with Payal Baraiya as a physical therapist when I had consulted her for my back. She came across as a very professional and knowledgeable person. She takes the time to listen to the individuals concerns and addresses the root cause of the problem. She is warm, friendly, compassionate and above all easy to talk to and goes that extra mile to see that her patients not only gain strength and mobility faster but also retain it through proper and consistent exercise.   I was recovering from a horrific yoga injury in my glutes and lower back and was lucky enough to work with Payal. She was a crucial part in my recovery and healing process and I felt extremely safe and comfortable in her hands. She saw me diligently for several weeks and gave me great tips so I could heal faster and be in less pain. I am lucky to have worked with such a wonderful and patient physical therapist.

  When you need someone who understands your true condition, what needs to be done and put you on a faster recovery path, therapy where you need which is at your home.
  
  My mom had multiple condition that doctor recommended to go through Therapy. Therapist Payal took time understanding the condition , discussing with doctor and spending time with my mom to help her recover faster.
  
  You can find therapist but finding one who puts perfect and precise plan to your condition and help you recover fast, that when you should contact someone like Payal.

  I consulted Dr. Payal for my mother's back pain problem and from day one Dr.Payal is helpful. She is very thorough on her analysis and care. Amazing bedside manners and very patient. After years of treating patients in high volume, where therapists were scheduling three to four patients per hour and patients were only receiving 10-15 minutes of "face time" with a licensed therapist, Payal decided to create something different.
