The owner chef walked to each table to chat with the guests Most enjoyable dinner I have had in years in Ocean County. Many blessings for continued success. Keep the artichokes coming.

(May 21, 2023, 1:31 pm)Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend the mussels for an appetizer, just perfect! We ordered the filet au poivre special and the salmon over lemon risotto, both were fantastic. Looking forward to our next trip back.

Everything is made to order
If you're looking for a place to eat and run, this is not the place for you
It's rare that you find a restaurant where the chef and owner come out of the kitchen to see that his patrons are enjoying their meals
Most places want you to eat,pay the bill, and leave.
It's such a pleasure to be greeted by a friendly, smiling face and very attentive staff .
If you haven't been there, do so,you'll be glad you did -

My parents have talked about going to this establishment when we visited them for Christmas in brick and they are fully aware of the difficulty of acquiring a reservation.
It's a small quaint establishment with a few tables and a massive demand for reservations.... It should be obvious there will be times where the table is late are they supposed to ask their patrons to leave. Almost no negative reviews about the food tells me... Disregard them some people are impossible to please.
Do you have a backup list incase there's cancelations?
If you don't it might be a good idea.. keep a "locals list" and fill the spots.
I'd love to work something out for torrow of this weekend as a fill in reservation.
Also is there anyway I can purchase a gifcard or just pay for their dinner?
