  Update (August 2023): I am moving out of the storage unit now because I am moving to a new area. StorQuest has been great and has a portal which makes it easy to see your client profile and pay. They haven’t raised rates on me ever since they took over the space and the facility is always clean. I gave notice in advance of move out and all they said was I need to vacate the unit and let a manager know for inspection… and the most important part is to take your lock!
  
  Update (March 2022): This facility which I originally had me lease underExtra Space Storage is now StorQuest. I will see how change in management impacts my experience renting storage from this location.
  
  I want to be clear, the reviews below are for Extra Space Storage, before the location changed hands.
  
  Update (August 2021): After having this storage unit for a few months now, I was hit with increase in my monthly payment (~40% rental increase). I wasn't notified about this rental increase and was taken by surprise by it. I called about this matter and Don & Karly helped me through this situation, doing everything they could and giving me all the information I need moving forward. This team is great. They call you back when they say they will and follow-up answering any questions you may have.
  
  Spoke with Don when I was there. He made the process very easy. Good facility. Very clean and climate controlled.

  Beautiful, clean facility. My husband and I went yesterday to evaluate locker sizes. Nina, the assistant manager, was so helpful and accommodating. Gave us complete tour and was friendly and patient. Great value and we rented on the spot. Nina is an asset to STORQUEST. Thank you!!

  Working with Don was great—he was friendly, helpful and straight forward in answering all of my questions. I was able to get what I needed and he made the process fast and easy. The facility itself is new so everything is nice and clean as well.
  
  EDIT: Original review was before it was StorQuest. This place has gone downhill. I've rented for 2 years and there is typically only 1 working elevato—totally unacceptable for moving in/out.

  This is the most beautiful and modern storage facility with all of the amenities that I've ever used. Additionally Brendan, manager of the facility, is super helpful and very professional. Walked me to the unit I rented and explained everything in detail. Great experience, with competitive rates, and I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
