  Saltara is tucked away in a serene remote location, far from any noise or distractions. The peaceful ambiance of the studio creates a truly tranquil atmosphere for practicing yoga. As you flow through your session, you might even be lucky enough to wrap it up with a stunning sunset and a gentle breeze caressing you, creating a blissful and meditative atmosphere. A magical experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
  
  Lisa's yoga class is a gem! Her emphasis on practice and improvement, rather than perfection, creates a supportive and empowering environment. The class is safe and non-judgmental, allowing for students of all levels to feel welcomed. Lisa's comfortable and gentle pace, combined with her soothing tone of voice, creates a relaxing and meditative experience. Her attention to alignment cues and personalized guidance make the practice enjoyable and beneficial.

  I won a Spa Day at Saltara and finally got around to scheduling it. I brought my bridesmaids and we had an amazing time. We started the day with a Grounding Hatha Flow class and then spent private time in the Spa using the Infrared Sauna. I had chosen goodie bags for my girls beforehand and Tara had the bags set up and labeled in the Spa. It was a relaxing day and we truly felt refreshed. Thank you so much!

  I went to my first class at Saltara today. The studio is beautiful everything you think a yoga studio should be. I would recommend to all levels of yoga. Great vibes awesome class!

  Saltara Healing is a beautiful studio with welcoming teachers and students. I love the variations on classes. You can get whatever your body needs that day! I have been to a mix of classes and left each one feeling more peaceful, lighter and energized. I look forward to continuing my yoga practice in this studio!
