  I love the training! Denise and Anthony are amazing and professional trainers!! I have learned so much and feel great. I am totally impressed with their knowledge of self defense martial arts. I recommend Saifa Self Defense highly!

  If you're looking for a training center that will take their time in teaching you with skills that are realistic and top notch, this school is it. The instructors are awesome with teaching the very inexperienced students. Everyone here will treat you like family. There aren't any ego driven boneheads here. Just good humble people from all walks of life. You won't be disappointed.

  Saifa is incredible! Not only are the instructors highly-skilled and professional, they're also highly dedicated to the training, advancement and safety of their students, regardless of age or skill level. Most important, Saifa provides a comfortable/welcoming environment, both educational and encouraging. I cannot say how much I appreciate and recommend Saifa to anyone wishing to learn self defense, and also for those training to become professional fighters. Saifa doesn't take it to the next level ... Saifa is the next level!!!

  Reality Self Defense for EVERY man and woman! I've been training here over a year, and I don't even recognize myself anymore.
  
  I recommend every woman walk onto the mat and learn to defend herself in multiple situations. Nothing has boosted my confidence more than learning martial arts, especially as Denise and Anthony teach it.
  
  There is no cookie cutter instruction here. Classes are geared towards the participants, and the instructors modify their teaching depending on who's there.
  
  If you're intimidated by martial arts, this is the place to start. It's like no other dojo!

  SAIFA is great. The instructors have years of martial arts expertise. Multiple black belts.
  
  Classes are exciting; you never know what you will get with each class. Basics training (punching, kicking, elbows, footwork), calisthenics, sparring with full MMA gear, defense techniques and maneuvers if someone is throwing a haymaker punch, pushing, armed with a knife/bat. Everything is repetitive so one will learn as times goes on.
  
  There is a diverse mix of men and women, young and old. Everyone is friendly and wants to help; there are no cliques.
