(June 16, 2023, 10:14 am)My special place! Love having an inexpensive infrared sauna membership! It's the best way to detox, relax and decrease my chronic pain. Looking forward to hanging in the salt cave to combat my allergies! Dawna and her expertise with hair removal and B12 shots have been a bonus as well! The facilities are clean and the staff is so helpful! Glad I found them!

(December 1, 2022, 3:02 pm)What a hidden gem! I've tried an array of their services: for pain, calm, and personal body rejuvenation. I've even gifted time in their salt cave to friends. The staff is super nice, and going there has now become part of my self-care routine!

(November 30, 2022, 8:26 am)The Center far exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Walking through the doors you immediately are transported to a space of peace and calm. The facility is super clean and soothing and the offerings are plentiful. You can not be in better hands with Dawna, who is also a nurse. She is kind, compassionate and exceptional helpful. I can not recommend the Middletown Wellness Center highly enough.

(June 9, 2022, 6:53 am)If you're looking for an inviting and relaxing atmosphere then The Middletown Wellness Center is the place to go. I have been going here since before COVID and have done the Salt Cave, IPL, the Oxygen Bar, the Sauna and the Bio Mat and loved every service. It's hard to pick my favorite service because they are all great and have their own benefits.
Dawna and the rest of the team are knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel at home. Dawna is great to work to with! It's nice to have such a relaxing and clean place to escape right in our own backyard. I highly recommend visiting! You won't be disappointed.
