  OMG THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL ND SOOOOO PEACEFUL. I CANT WAIT TO MOVE IN THE APARTMENT IS BEAUTIFUL. THEY R VERY RESPECTFUL, HONEST, ND FUNNY.

  The tour was very nice. Kathy did a great job introducing me, sticking within my budget & finding me something all within 10 mins. The tour itself was smooth & the building was kept very clean. I was provided a folder with move in costs and other information I needed to know. I was able to complete my online application the same day.

  I lived at Sagamore Hills for 3 years moving from the one bedroom to the two bedroom after a year. During my stay in the one bedroom i had a minimal complaints. I would say overall i would recommend and if ur really interested you should keep reading.
  
  The one bedrooms have ample parking and a small gym downstairs with 3 machines in it one treadmill does not work. It has direct access to the pool and two elevators which is good in case they are servicing one. One bedrooms are 700 Sq Feet with decent closet space. Only true complaint is the noise that you may or may not hear however that is not due to the complex community but rather to the thickness of the walls. People say that some walls you can not hang pictures on due to the structure of the building however i just bought those Command sticky picture hangers and my pictures hung for the full year of my lease!! I also had a closed in kitchen which i prefer open concept.
  
  Moving to the 2 bedroom i had top floor with no true noise issues. Less parking as you have assigned spots at this building and no visitor parking. Visitors must park at the one bedroom lot and walk down however it is not a far walk. Benefits to moving to 2 bedroom was that i had a big walk in closet :), and open concept kitchen and more storage space. Negatives was my ceiling leaked due to the roof not being maintenance and for the last months of my lease the property did not fix it partly due to weather but i also think they were hoping i moved out.
  
  Kathy and Zach in the office are awesome and very accommodating as well as Danny and the rest of the maintenance crew. They always met my needs and helped me as much as possible all the way down to staying late so i can pick up my package :) I enjoyed living in the community and made friends at the pool!!!
  
  I did not stay in this community because the rent increased significantly over the three years i lived here i could not afford to live here as a single person with one income. I had a one bedroom in 2014 for $799 on a special now the one bedrooms go to 1000+ i would not pay that much for them. My two bedroom was $1075 -$1127 2015-2016 now they have increased that significantly. Im sure my two bedroom will go for alot more now that i am gone.
  
  Lastly, the complex does a good job with snow removal. I think it is good compared to a lot of other places i have lived. I work odd hours and was always able to get in and out. There may have only been one time that i had to call out due to snow removal issues and really it was due to the extreme snowfall! In the summer it does get hot due to the one provided AC, however i purchased a portable AC and it worked wonders for me in the bedroom areas so the two combined make for a cool home environment.
  
  If you choose to live in this community you will not be disappointed. Good luck apartment hunting!!
