  I met Mike about 10 years ago, when he was an instructor for a real estate program I went through. He was tough, straight forward, but encouraging. Fast forward to last year, I decided that I needed a coach to help keep me on track for where I want to go. Mike is still tough, straight forward, and encouraging. He tells me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear. He has ideas that help me think beyond the "typical agent," and challenges me to be different. I have a lofty goal, and I know he will push me until I get there.

  I have been Coaching with Mike since 2014. He has been the game changer of my entire career. I went from closing 19 deals to 44 the next year to 92 the year after and have been averaging about 80 closing a year since.   I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Mike Fiddler for over 10 years. He is without a doubt one of the most dependable and professional people I have met in life. I have always been able to rely on him whenever I need to call him for advice, ask questions, or just get his viewpoints on the real estate business and beyond. Mike is the type of guy who is always there for his coaching clients....the "door" is always open and he has a tremendous care and concern for the agents he works with.
