I found Dr. Polak to be everything I was looking for in a physician. She was thorough in her evaluation and she made time to explain her finding, put me at ease and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Polak is great. She is thorough, cares about her patients and she listens. She has a ton of patience to be able to put up with some not so nice folks that seek her help - I've seen it first hand, not pretty. The phone line/admin is easily overwhelmed, but they do their best to handle a seasonal onslaught of callers. Highly recommend Dr. Polak.

Our family has been to this office half a dozen times in the past year for medical emergencies and Covid tests. Dr. Ilona Polak is fantastic - thoughtful, thorough and gentle (very important for our kids). The staff is friendly and keeps the place clean and safe. And unlike other urgent care facilities, we can always get someone on the phone. We're extremely grateful to have this in Sag Harbor.
