  We ordered a simple ham and cheese sub with all the fixings. Fresh meats and cheeses greased with crispy lettuce, onion and tomatoes . The spicy fries were delicious. Joe, behind the counter was patient and took the time to explain the menu to us. All in all we really love the place. Wish we lived closer. We'll be back sooner or later though. 🙂

  As a fan of Ioannonis, I was SO excited to try Sabatinas, Holy yum this place was :) !!!!
  My family has been ordering sandwiches since they opened & after getting some recommendations, I decided to order the chicken cutlet Italiano. yum, what a tasty little sandwich with a nice helping of broccoli Rabe on top of the cutlet. My husband got the chicken parm and loved it !
  My dad, he SWEARS by the "del city gobbler", it looked and smelled delicious full of fresh turkey.
  The menu offers enough variety without being completely overwhelmed. The staff was friendly and efficient during my call in for order.
  If you are in Delaware city, please go here I promise you won't be disappointed!!!

  Ordered the Grilled Italian and it did not disappoint — next up to taste is the Gobbler!
  
  Updating Aug ‘23 — added more pics of hoagies I’ve gotten over the past few months. Still loving on their hoagies, especially their Delaware City Gobbler and their Italians. The deli meat is top notch and so are their rolls! Noteworthy mention — their front counter service is always exceptional, and I always feel right at home when we come through their doors.

  Very delicious Chicken Cutlet Italiano with sharp provolone and broccolirabe. This was a perfect place to refresh after a ride on the Mike Castle Trail. Very nice people and clean seating area.

  Nothing short of amazing.
  I ordered a Turkey sub for me and my son and a cheesesteak for my husband.
  I grew up eating subs from old school deli shops. And let me tell you this took me back.
  My sub was made so perfectly portioned that I savored every bite and none went to waste.
  And the fact that they had wet crushed hot peppers as a topping was a big plus.
  This is definitely going to be my new favorite spot for subs.
  I tried a bite of my husband’s cheesesteak and it was also so very good.
  So if you haven’t tried this place out you need to.
  I had to have 2 separate people tell me about this place before I stopped in seeing that I moved out of town before they opened.
  I would most definitely recommend this place. Fresh food, clean and tidy establishment, and the employees are very kind, welcoming and helpful.
  I can’t wait to try more from this place!
