  Staff was extremely helpful and honest. They kept me updated about everything wrong with my vehicle. Communication and service was amazing! I will definitely use RSW again!

  If you live in the area and own a EURO car, this should be the only place you even consider bringing your car! Went for an oil change, spark plug replacement, coolant flush, and tire rotation. They did the rotation for free and even offered a cheaper alternative to the coolant flush since they didn’t think I actually needed it. They could’ve easily just performed the more expensive service I asked for, but they were nice and honest about what I needed. Solid prices, kept me informed about where they were in the process the entire time and were excellent at communicating. I dealt with Noah, he was great.

  This was THE best experience I have had for a car repair. From start to finish EVERY employee especially Jake went above and beyond to help me fix my car. It started with the immediate availability to diagnose the problem. Then it continued with an accurate diagnosis of the issue ( which the dealer and another shop were unable to diagnose). Then it ended with fixing the problem on time at an affordable price. Jake was upfront and honest about the problems and prices the entire time. Also when additional problems arose, the team worked extra just to finish up the job since they knew I needed the car. You can't find better guys with a better attitude. I will not be going anywhere else for any automotive needs.

  The staff was incredibly friendly. I came in for a race alignment. I wanted non-factory specifications and they were happy to oblige. They asked numerous questions to make sure they were performing the alignment the way I wanted it. Informed me of a small coolant leak I was having and secured my non-factory battery cables which were hanging and could have left me stranded. Even though they prefer to work on European cars, Never once did they complain about working on an old Honda, bad mouth me or the car, they were only extremely helpful and happy to take on the challenge. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing work done to their car. Great experience.

  Great and friendly service. Chris helped me immediately. My vehicle’s issues were quickly identified and promptly addressed. During my brief wait I got to enjoy one of the cleanest and most relaxing waiting rooms I have ever experienced at any auto body shop. Highly recommended!
