(June 20, 2023, 10:06 am)Royal Pools is the best for timely and professional pool installs. Our inground pool liner had been severely damaged last year and was not holding water. I shopped around and could not find anyone who would replace it before this Summer’s end. Met Honey at Royal Pools & Spas in New Hampton, she said they would have the job done by mid-June. Saturday they kept their word and we now have a beautiful, clean swimming pool all ready for the Summer.

Over the years, they have serviced and maintained my spa and pool and I have always received prompt, helpful, and professional service. I recently worked with Erika in maintenane upgrading my spa and Laura in the water test lab. Both have provided excellent service and results. It’s been a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend RPS for all your pool and spa needs.

(May 25, 2023, 5:03 pm)I can’t say enough wonderful things about Royal Pool and employees Kevin C., Kevin P., Erika M., and Beth B. I wasn’t a client of theirs last June when I called with an emergency leak. They were quick to help find a temporary solution to get my pool up and running for the season and have continued over the past year to work with me to fix the leaks permanently. They handle all my pool needs, opening, closing and weekly cleanings. Not only are they patient and knowledgeable; each person I talk to is extremely kind. I will be a loyal customer for years to come.

(May 16, 2023, 9:52 am)I highly reccomend Royal pools. Royal installed a Radiant pool for us last spring. We had an issue with the liner and they came back this year to replace the liner at their expense. It's great that there are still businesses like Royal who take customer satisfaction, their reputation, and quality of workmanship seriously. Thank you!
