The staff was very friendly and patient to answer all of our questions and show us all the features of our new trailer. I highly recommend them for a trailer purchase. (April 1, 2023, 1:37 pm)I tried Roxbury Trailer out to do a full service of my dump trailer (I did not buy this trailer from them). Ken was the one who I met with and who worked on my trailer. He answered all of my questions and gave me tips and guidance to maintaining and operating my trailer properly. He found an unexpected issue with my trailer that I was unaware of and he fixed it. I picked my trailer up today and so far so good. He gave me a follow up call to make sure everything felt right with the trailer. He was very transparent and knowledgeable. Thanks again Ken.

(March 28, 2023, 9:13 am)I brought in my 20 ft enclosed trailer to get serviced. Kenny was easy to deal with and is very responsive. They looked over the trailer told me what needed to get done and how much repairs would be and got it done within a week. Overall great experience !!
