  Hi, my name is David Zochowski. I visited the US for the first time (age 55) last year November 2019. I came over for my nephews wedding. i am from Cape Town, South Africa.He took myself and some friends over to try out the facilities. Boy was I impressed.I am in good shape, but this is a totally new and fantastic way of training to get fit and strong. I really enjoyed the way Chris trains you and mainly his positiveness that he projects. He is truely an inspiration and I will never forget him nor his training. I hope to visit again soon and try it again. To all those of you that need inspiration, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Chris.

  I love training at Infinite Fitness and Health! I started back in July and am completely hooked! The environment here is very supportive and welcoming. It is like one big, happy (and sweaty haha) family! All of the coaches are amazing. They motivate you, but also know your limits and monitor your form. Coach Chris makes challenging, but fun and adaptive workouts that are sure to help you reach your fitness goals.
  
  I also would like to give a shout out to their yoga instructor, Lauren! Infinite offers unlimited yoga for their members and it is an amazing way to stretch out after a workout. Lauren has a great understanding of form and has really improved my yoga practice. I went from terrified of headstands to kicking up into a handstand within a few months!
  
  I truly recommend Infinite for anyone!

  I am so glad I joined infinite fitness and health. Everyone there is so welcoming and the coaches really help everyone individually with each workout. They will also adapt to your needs or fitness level which I find amazing! Every workout is different than the previous. Joining this team was definitely one of the best choices I have made.

  I meet the owners of Infinite Fitness as coaches at a previous gym. When they decided to start their own Cross-Fit Gym it was a no brainer, I had to follow. They knew me and knew my workout needs. They could tell when I wasn't pushing it hard enough and when I was in pain and pushing it too far. Thanks to Michelle and Chris- I am in the best shape I have been in my entire life. They are wonderful at working with you where you are and helping you advance to the next level!
