I went to rotech in Middletown yesterday to get fitted for a new Cpap machine.
Prior to my visit, I spoke with Rachel.
She was wonderful!!
I also spoke with Traci.
Between them both, they were so helpful in assisting me. When I arrived I met Sarah, who fitted me with my machine and mask.
She was great!
Kudos to all 3 ladies who helped me.
They were amazing!!
Rachel called me back today to see if I had any problems or concerns with the new machine.
I don’t know why these negative reviews are even up here!!

On Tues 8/17/2021 my mom had an appt Tobe fitted for a new C-pap mask. Sara, the Respiratory Therapist assisted us. Sara was knowledgeable, professional and very patient 6my mom. Thanks Sara for a great experience!
