  Shaneque did my cleaning after i havent been to the dentist in over 10 years. Very nice and professional and walked me through each step since im new to it all. 10/10 recommend

  I have always been apprehensive about going to the dentist. I must say after my first two visits to Ross Kaplan DMD office all my fears and concerns have been diminished. Starting with the staff: very pleasant. During my first visit, the dental hygienist checked with me periodically to make sure I was ok while cleaning my teeth. On my second visit to have some cavities filled, Ross Kaplan DMD explained what he was doing each step of the way and gave me the option to numb the area before getting started (relieved anxiety). Highly recommend this office very attentive and professional.

  Going to the dentist could be a very stressful appointment for some people but this office has a very calming affect and their staff is terrific. From the front desk to the dentist and Shaneque the dental hygienist does a awesome job!! I would highy recommend this office 👍👍👍👍👍

  I used other dentists in the past for teeth problems and was not happy with their service,I recently had another tooth emergency and called on Ross Kaplan DMD PC. His office called me back and got me in the same day to assess and got me in next day to start repairs,Dr. Kaplan is the most pain free, effective pleasant dentist I have ever used with tons of experience with the new technology in his field and showed me everything during the repair process.He is the only dentist I will use moving forward with any other future problems if need be.

  Shaneque is a great dental hygienist, she’s always professional, caring, and friendly. The whole staff at that office value professionalism and the well being of the patients. Dr. Kaplan is one my favorite doctors as he’s caring.
