  Tip Top did a high quality, professional job on our hail damaged roof completing the work ahead of schedule expectation. The team there were good communicators, from initial roof inspection, through working with the insurance adjustor, contract and scheduling, and roofing and cleanup work. We liked their professional approach, and complements to Zach, Cindy, Margo, Brett, Jose in no particular order. All were good, easy to work with, went out of their way on questions and service and a pleasure do do business with. Their 50 year shingles used of high quality, work itself and detail inspections and knowledge in roofing were quite evident.

  Truly top notch from start to finish! After filing an insurance claim as a result of storm damage to my roof, I contacted Tip Top to come out and provide an estimate. Their office responded immediately and had someone come out to confirm the damage. They were very helpful in explaining the insurance process and even met with my claim representative during the inspection to make sure everyone agreed on the costs and scope of restoration, which saved a lot of time and stress. Their communication was exceptional between the initial inspection and when the roof was scheduled to be replaced. I was also very impressed with how clean, organized, fast and hard working the crew was that replaced the roof. Everyone I interacted with at Tip Top was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend for how good their customer service is, and how great the finished roof looks!   We live in Yardley, PA and sustained hail damage to our roof and siding from thunderstorms in April 2023. Our friend and neighbor (a local contractor who, in his own words, is very particular about who works on his house) recommended Tip Top after his first interaction with Matt. Tip Top has been our partner and advocate during our interactions with our insurance company. The Tip Top team have been extremely transparent, professional, responsive, and prompt during each stage of our repair. I highly recommend Tip Top.

  Tip Top Roofing did an excellent job installing our new roof. Completed as promised in 2 days they were well organized and professional. They left our house clean, neat and with a beautiful new roof!

  We had a great experience with Tip Top installing our new roof at a very good price. There salesman Brett was very knowledgeable. Cindy, their customer service person was very helpful with paperwork and scheduling, and really good at follow-up. Their site supervisor, Johnny was very friendly and easy to talk to. Margo, another of their office staff, stopped by and helped with cleanup. Most impressive was their roofing crew. They arrived early and worked very had all day. Best of all the roof looks great. We highly recommend them.
