  Number 1 roofing repair contractor in Yardley. All 10 fingers up. Did amaizing repair on our 30 yr old shingle roof and 1 skylight in our bedroom. Will definitely use again in couple years to install a new roof. By the way Daniel said roof will last another 5-7 years. This was 3-4 years ago when he did the repair. Called him last week to repair our garage gutter. Figured I leave a review to let the neighborhood know. I am on lower makefield Rd.   Thank for the great new roof. Called Daniel on Monday for a leak we got over the weekend. Daniel came on time on Wednesday morning to diagnose the leak and provide a solution. Since the roof that was leaking was a small back porch roof 17X9 feet we decided it was better just to replace the small roof. Daniel did the replacement that Friday in just 6 hours with 2 helpers. They cleaned everything up so nicely that my wife could not tell they have been here. Great job Daniel.

  Very professional and on time every time. Repaired my leaking roof on budget. The shingle match is amazing. Great person in general, will definitely use Daniel for a new roof when its time. Thank you Daniel and enjoy a happy life it goes by fast. Enjoy the kids while they are young.

  Daniel thank you so Much ! for the great roof repair you did for I Eric Miller and Linda. We received Daniel`s number from Linda's father Andrew, Andrew said only call Daniel and he will take care of you. Before Daniel we called 3 other roofing contrators in lower makefield, 2 said you need a new roof and the third one said I can repair it but it will only last 6 months and you need a new roof then. I worked for toll brothers for 25 years as a structural engineer and know shingles should last 35 years. And GAF timberline the shingle most homes have say they provide a lifetime warranty witch is 40 years on their shingles. So why is everyone saying replace the roof? Easy. New roof 14k..... Daniel repaired our roof 9 years ago for 1,600 and it's still going strong. Today I called him for new gutters and thought I should leave a review to let people know how great he is, and he lives in our area.
