  Dr. Chen's excellent qualifications and positive, compassionate attitude made my cataract surgery stress free. The pre-op and post-op directions with contact information covered any concerns I may have before and after the surgery! Michele's warm, personable manner was so helpful in my choosing the best frames covered by my Medicare Insurance. She was thorough in taking the time needed for the best frame selection. Overall great eyecare!

  My mom's experience with Dr. Chen of the Rockland Eye Physicians and Michele Monaco with Low Tor Optical has been and continues to be outstanding! Dr. Chen provides mom with the best professional care, guidance and support for over 25+ years.
  
  Michele Monaco provided mom with outstanding service. Her professional consultation, friendly and courteous manner made the process of buying new glasses and updating a pair of reading glasses simple and fast. Mom ended up with new glasses that look great on her. Also, because mom has macular degeneration, Michele recommended a tint for the reading glasses that helps her eyes when reading. Thank you Michele. You're the BEST!

  This is Mary Mello giving my review of recent visit to this practice. First I saw Dr Chen and his assistant and was well taken care of as always.
  then I met with and was cared for by Michele Monaco, the Optician at the offie who I had not met with before. I had spoken with her in the summer when I was out of state and she advised me well about my broken eyeglasses When I met with her in the office in November I was extremelly pleased with her care. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful for my concerns. I am very happy to know that Michele is there when I need her and that she will assist me
  to satisfy all my needs in a very friendly and professional manner. Thankyou so much Michele! Mary Mello
