I had elective bilateral inguinal hernia surgery on November 9, 2022. I did a google search of Dr. Rakhlin and most his reviews were positive. I saw him in his office for an exam. The office staff was very professional. He explained to me that he would attempt laparoscopic surgery, but because of scar tissue, it might not be possible. He explained everything he would do. He had a quiet confidence, which I liked. He saw me in the hospital before the surgery and called my wife after the surgery was completed. I recommend Dr. Rakhlin without reservations.
Dr. Rakhlin performed Emergency Surgery on my Brother Nov. 13, 2018 for a Ruptured Colon and saved my Brother's life. He is a Great Surgeon and really cares about the well being of his Patients. He is very kind and has a great bed side manner. I would recommend him to anyone.

I can never thank Dr. Rakhlin enough for what he did. The surgery, which went very smoothly, literally changed my life. For years I was having major stomach pain, whether after eating certain foods or having a bowel movement, and I never thought of checking whether there was a problem with my gallbladder. After the ER confirmed there was a problem, Dr. Rakhlin made sure to find out the exact problem before surgery was done - after years the gallbladder simply stopped working. He didn't rush to do surgery just because he's a surgeon and will pocket money from it. He's there for the patient will do what's right for them. Before and after the surgery he was there to answer all my questions. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Rakhlin patiently explained the procedure to me beforehand and was very open about answering all my questions. The surgery went very well--I was able to leave hospital ahead of schedule. After the surgery, he followed up, again with a great deal of patience as he clearly explained the recovery process. I was very pleased I chose this highly recommended surgeon.
Dr. Aleksandr Rakhlin is a fantastic surgeon. He and his staff are the best and most confidence people I ever met on earth. Their positive aura, demeanor, attitude and professionalism made me relax before my surgery and after my surgery. Dr. Rakhlin told me what he was going to do and he did it. I had a wonderful time during my surgery and at my recovery.
