  Rob Weinberg, who I have never met was recommended to me by a highly respected New England banker. I had lost all hope that a condo I had put an offer on was never going to happen because I trusted someone else and time was running out.
  I called Rob and explained my situation and he said that he wished that I had called him sooner but that he would do everything he could to help me.
  He immediately began to tell me what was required of me and we began the process with only a few short weeks to meet a rapidly approaching closing date. I soon received his checklist and I had a few questions. He quickly responded to every text and call I made and I felt that I was the only client that he had but I knew better.
  Rob walked me through every step on the checklist calmly, patiently and with professionalism that I was not expecting under my circumstances. Step by step over the first few days I began to think that this could actually happen.
  Early morning updates and after hour texts were something that surprised me. I soon realized, as items were being checked off of his list, that this guy was someone special and he actually cared.
  Along with help from a close friend and guidance from Rob what I originally thought was an impossible task was becoming a reality. In the back of my mind was that all important closing date and I knew that it would take a miracle.
  Rob then had an attorney contact me and a few more requirements were quickly checked off. Rob had secured a lender and all of a sudden Rob Weinberg had put together "Team Weinberg" and I knew that I was in the right hands.
  With only a few days to go to the closing I remembered what Rob said to me the very first time that I spoke to him, "I'll do everything I can to help" and he kept his word.
  Rob Weinberg did all of this in just a couple of weeks when I was ready to throw in the towel. He kept me in the loop on everything and left nothing to chance. I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way and his updates in the morning when I turned my computer on were easy to understand and certainly put my mind at ease.
  We were actually ready to close ONE day ahead of time. Even my realtor, 27 years in the real estate business said that she was sending him clients, and she has because of what he was capable of doing and the way he did everything that he said he would.
  I always felt that I was the only and most important client that he had.
  Robert Weinberg is absolutely incredible and anyone that needs financial help and guidance could never, ever, find someone more caring, professional and harder working than Rob Weinberg. He did an amazing job under the most extreme and dire circumstances for me and I'm positive that you'll feel the same.
  Absolutely, unbelievable is the only way that I can describe what he accomplished for me.

  Our law office had the pleasure of working with Rob Weinberg on a purchase recently. Rob was extremely helpful, our computers are currently being updated with new IT company and therefore we did not have access to the software we needed to complete some of the mortgage Documents. Rob worked with us to ensure that the mortgage documents were completed correctly and in time for closing. I would definitely recommend working with Rob for anyone who is purchasing real estate and needs financing. Rob has incredible organizational skill which made the entire loan process run so smoothly, making it an absolute pleasure to help you acquire your loan.

  I wish there was a way to pin this review because I promise everyone needs to see this!!!!! You need to call Rob and work with his team NOW! Don’t read any more reviews, don’t second guess, don’t doubt it! Rob and his team have been nothing short of AMAZING to work with!! Both my attorney & realtor stated they have never worked with a lender this perfect. I‘ve had the most seamless and smooth home buying experience ever. Rob will not only be able to get you approved and work with your particular circumstances, but he will be so meticulous and organized with the process that it will leave you highly satisfied with his service.
  
  The reason many deals fall through is because of the unresponsiveness from people who are supposed to be representing you. I have personally dealt with that from a different lender before fortunately calling Rob. There’s nothing worse than everyone being ready to move forward with next steps, then getting stuck because they’re waiting from someone on the buyer’s side to reply or answer the phone. Everyone on your team should be there for you every step of the way and willing to go to bat for you - and that’s exactly the service Rob and his team provides. Rob has made himself available to me after hours in order to get a deal through, he’s saved me thousands of dollars on my purchase just from years of knowledge in this profession, and his promptness even allowed us to close on our home early (and this was after a late start)! I’m at a loss of words for how Rob has positively impacted my home purchase experience and he’s definitely gained a lifetime customer. All my friends and family will be using him, I will not accept anyone else! And you reading this definitely should do the same!!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert for the purchase of my first home on Huber Street in New Britain, Connecticut. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the local market.
