  We just closed on our first home using Drakeley Real Estate and we honestly couldn't have done it without their amazing agent Taylor O'Keefe. Despite the competitive market and an often discouraging process, Taylor was fully supportive every step of the way. She's so responsive, very knowledgable, and a great asset to have on your side. Every road bump and pivot she knew how to handle with ease and I felt like I could fully trust her with the biggest decision of our lives. She was constantly following up, providing updates, referring great people, and even our attorney, bank, and inspectors loved working with her and sang her praises.   From the moment Taylor answered my initial phone call to the Drakeley Real Estate office, through the days after the actual closing, she has been not only professional/knowledgeable/available, but the additional assistance she gave us as out-of-state sellers was invaluable. The home belonged to our mom who had recently passed away, and my sister and I live in New Jersey, so taking care of all of the minutia details involved in preparing for the house to be ready to be shown was virtually impossible without Taylor‘s help. I cannot thank her, nor recommend her enough!

  Shelley Drakeley recently helped us find our home in Middlebury. We were moving from Houston and did not have time to visit in person but Shelley happily showed us properties through face time. She was knowledgeable about the area and able to show us the benefits of every property we viewed. Shelley also expertly guided us through the purchase, inspection and final walk through all from afar. No matter what question or need we had in the process, Shelley was always willing to find the answer.
