  Dr. Roba was able to address my knee pain by identifying the lack of mobility in my hips. He created a program of exercises that not only increased my hip mobility but strengthened my lower body. Through various exercises, cupping, and dry needling he was able to successfully help me with my rehab and reduce the pain in my knee!

  My experience at Roba Physical Therapy has been fantastic. Dr. Roba is knowledgeable, kind, and hardworking. PT after an injury can be daunting but Dr. Roba ensured that my concerns were heard and that the exercises were centered around my goals. I looked forward to every visit and felt that I was getting proper care throughout my recovery.

  Roba Physical Therapy is amazing! From the very beginning Sotir was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. At first my teen daughter was nervous about the thought of physical therapy but after her initial visit she was onboard. I asked her what changed and she said everything. She said Sotir made her feel comfortable right away and he explained everything. I highly recommend them!

  My son has seen Dr. Roba for a few sessions and he has been nothing but amazing with him. My son is very involved in the CT soccer world, and I’ve heard Dr. Roba’s name come up on so many occasions as someone who is always highly recommended. Although my son has only gone to a few PT sessions with him, he thoroughly enjoys going and that’s due in large part to Dr. Roba’s calm yet engaging demeanor. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for these services.

  With Roba Physical Therapy my daughter has made an amazing recovery after breaking her ankle 12 weeks ago! My daughter had a Salter Harris IV fracture after a late tackle in a soccer game. She is now playing soccer again and it’s like she hasn’t missed 3 months! Doctor Roba was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, super positive and patient every step of the way! I have to add that he made scheduling easy and went above and beyond in communicating with us. The gym where he provides his service was very friendly and inviting. I could tell he really cared about his clients and the quality of service he provides. If you are an athlete or you have a child who is an athlete he is the person you want on your team to help you rehabilitate. He took my daughter’s injury very seriously and listened to our concerns and gave us thoughtful answers. Doctor Roba even called the doctor to clarify questions. He analyzed each movement she did to make sure she was healing well and ready to move on to the next phase. I think it would be hard to find this level of care, attention to detail and knowledge combined anywhere else. My daughter loves playing soccer and is very athletic. She has a goal to play soccer at a high level and Doctor Roba made sure he did everything he could to make sure she had an amazing recovery. Without a proper recovery her life could have completely changed. My daughter loved going to every session and listened when he gave advice to recover. Each step of my daughter’s healing process he did little tests to make sure she was ready for the next step to recovery. He gave us advice on what she is allowed to do to make sure we didn’t re-injure it. She’s stronger than her injury 12 weeks ago and running and playing soccer again! When she played her first game her coach was very impressed with how well she played. Doctor Roba incorporated soccer drills into our physical therapy, which was amazing! I think this is a big part of the confidence my daughter had returning to play. She is so excited and Doctor Roba and I are too! I posted some pictures but I’m not sure they are in order. You can see the first day she broke all the way up to a soccer training session.
