  The Eyeglass Place of Newington is a very professional local business with friendly staff and good service. I recently went for an eye exam and new glasses and everyone who I encountered were very personable and helpful. They answer any questions you may have, and help you pick out the right pair of glasses. I feel very comfortable coming here. Great atmosphere. I didn't get the name of the lady who takes payments and patient information or their floating optician who helped me select my glasses, but Linea was very pleasant to deal with on the phone, and when picking up my glasses. You can tell the owner takes great pride in her business. Thanks again for everything.

  I've had glasses since age 9 so an experienced eyewear purchaser. If you have EyeMed, definitely pick The Eyeglass Place from the list. They were miles above the other options in terms of customer service and selection. Linea, the optician, was very knowledgable and very helpful. I got progressives in less than 2 weeks - that is unbelievable timing.

  I drive for a living. My eyes are important. I am picky when it comes to picking out eyewear. They have very stylish choices. I am once again the cool Mom in shades made just for me. Thank you Linea for helping my daughter pick them out for me!

  My 7 year old daughter was having trouble with her vision. I shopped around and found The Eyeglass Place. Linea was friendly and very helpful. Her knowledge about quality and style helped us find the perfect pair of glasses my daughter now enjoys wearing. I highly recommend this place.

  I went to all the eyeglass shops searching for fun, specifically glittery, frames for my first pair of glasses, to no avail. Then I went to The Eyeglass Place of Newington! All of the staff went above and beyond to help me choose the style that best fit my face. They pulled at least two dozen frames for me to try and were honest when something looked less than great and were immediately supportive and enthusiastic about my desire for a unique pair of glasses. I ended up getting custom made glittery orange frames and love them. I just ordered prescription sunglasses from them today and the service was just as top notch. Super personalized and friendly and I never felt rushed to make decisions. Really interesting and fun frames, as well as more traditional choices all at affordable prices. I had my eye exam there too and was very comfortable with the Doctor.
