(July 10, 2023, 1:05 pm)I read the reviews for this place. Alot of them uncomplimentary. They said he was rude. Wasn't attentive. Couldn't get him on the phone.
BALDERDASH!
People are so soft and sensitive these days. I called this morning, the head of my Echo trimmer wouldn't spin. I asked him what he charged. He said it depends on what's wrong. A direct answer. I brought it in. He took one look and knew that the motor had moved back snd lost contact with the drive shaft. An Allen wrench adjustment. 1 minute of work. No charge. I offered to pay but he insisted. I will be bringing in my snow blower after Labor Day and my mower after the season.

(May 11, 2022, 1:31 pm)Needed help learning how to use a Weed Wacker I didn't even buy from there. They took the time to show me and help me learn to feed the string. They have also worked on my push mower a few times and did a great job repairing it! Still working today and it shouldn't be! Highly recommend these guys!

(July 27, 2020, 2:36 pm)Great experience. They were friendly and ready to help. I needed a key for my mower and they gave me one and said, "Have a nice day!" So nice to be reminded of the "good old days". I didn't know they were located so close to my home. I already told my brother about them. He didn't know about them either. I plan to go back to order my mulching attachment in the early fall.
