(November 20, 2022, 8:02 pm)I had to bring both of my daughters here (who are mixed race) a few years ago and the ladies who helped us were super nice and did an amazing job. They were bug free the next day these ladies took their time and were so gentle with my kids hair who was completely knotted from me trying at home treatments. 10/10 would definitely recommend

I could go on and on about how great Ilene is but to keep it short I “treated” my oldest daughter with over the counter product thinking that would do it ... I soon realized my 15mo had it too. I panicked called up , and was seen that day !
When I got there Ilene had a great set up ! My 15 mo went first, she had Netflix so of course my little one sat so good while she was able to work her magic ! Long story short , my 2 daughters and I all had it . She treated us , and took her time getting everything out ! ... besides getting this under control, I walked away with so much knowledge! I was actually able to relax knowing everything she had told us .... and my oldest is now hoping “they come back “ so she can go back to visit Ilene ! Ha!

(May 30, 2018, 8:00 pm)Ilene is a lifesaver. Prompt, excellent service on short notice. Great with kids and a calm presence during a stressful time. And actually explained the science behind everything. I came to her salon overwhelmed and left relieved. Worth every penny.

She was very professional and has excellent customer service! Hopefully, we will never need to see her again! (just kidding we love Ilene but we don't want to have her service again)

Their knowledge, professionalism, patience and concern for any of their clients is very impressive! They are excellent at what they do and make the experience non stressful and fun with music and television in their beautiful new location. They are the best!! Whether you know them personally or not, you end up leaving feeling like a part of their family. Their door is always open.
