(January 20, 2023, 8:57 am)I have been living here for two years and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is very helpful, nice, and quick to resolve any issues that may occur. The grounds are beautiful and are of close walking distance to the main road which has a lot to offer for entertainment.

(September 22, 2022, 9:36 am)You cannot beat the location of the apartment complex; right near the intersection of several major interstates and walking distance to the train into the city. However, the last two years they've experienced severe flooding from the Schyukill river that required lengthy repairs that took almost a year to fix (just in time for the next flood). The only support they gave residents at the time of the flooding was free pizza for dinner one night after the floods.
There is open parking on the surface lots which makes it super easy to have guests over, and I really appreciate this. I also like the technology for building access - butterfly app allows virtual keys for visitors, dog walkers, etc. - and Bluetooth access to unlocking your apartment door.
My one-bedroom apartment is the perfect size for one person, but difficult to have more than a few guests over due to the small size. Lots of closet storage space and nice kitchen appliances!
In previous places I've lived, members of the management team knew me by name; not the feeling I get from Riverwalk. It is very impersonal. The amenities are nice and I appreciate that there is only a one time amenity fee rather than a monthly fee like other apartment complexes. I wish there weren't so many rules regarding pool use, but I also understand that limiting guests allows more residents to use the pool. However, I moved in thinking there would be regular events panned for tenants to attend and meet one another, but there have maybe been 2-3 during the entire 2 years I've lived here.
