  My roommate and I lived at Lumina for almost two years, and we're so grateful to both Ryan and the maintenance team for making it such an awesome experience. Ryan made us feel welcomed in the community from the moment we met him on our tour. He made sure we could find a unit that we loved and that was within our budget. Ryan is always friendly and helpful when you see him around the complex too!
  
  The maintenance team is also exceptional. Any time we had an issue, they were quick, responsive, and helpful. They even came to help us with a small issue on the Fourth of July, and we couldn't have been more grateful.
  
  I'd also recommend Lumina for its pool, 24/7 gym, and the fun activities available in the clubhouse - pool table, shuffleboard. I enjoyed using all of those throughout my time there. Overall a great place to live!

  I've lived here since August and I absolutely love it. The management is so friendly and they come up with really creative community building events. Maintenance has also always been prompt in responding to any needs. I have loved my experience so far!

  I’ve lived at Lumina for the past year and don’t have 1 complaint, I have loved living here! Management is awesome, they help with any questions or needs and are just always friendly when you see them. Maintenance is great and always fixes issues within 24 hours. 5 stars!!!

  I moved to Lumina last summer from out of state, and it was not only super easy to apply and get information, but has been a great experience living here.
  
  Ryan, my leasing agent, was very helpful and communicative throughout the process of signing a lease and preparing for move-in. Grace and Maya, the current leasing agents, are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Grace also puts on a bunch of wonderful events in the clubhouse with free food and drinks, and runs several prize giveaways a month. Recent events include a hot chocolate bar, cranberry mimosas for NYE eve, popcorn for national popcorn day, etc.
  
  The complex itself is nice, and our updated unit is in great condition. It is quiet, very safe, and a great price for the area. Parking is also free and reserved parking is cheap and above ground (unlike neighboring complexes).
  
  I think a lot of these negative reviews are unfair. I have lived in several apartments before, and to me some of the things residents complain about are unfounded. I feel that the current staff often goes above and beyond for residents, and serious problems are fixed quickly and easily. For example, the complex has package lockers to secure packages for residents before they can pick them up. More than once - due to delivery driver error - Maya or Grace have opened up all of the lockers (50+) and helped me search for a missing package.
  
  Overall a great community, which I highly recommend
