We are inspired! This historic home is not only beautifully restored, but it's also filled with so many personal touches. It felt like home. The owners' love of this place is evident in every corner, in every room. It's also spotless! My husband and I live in an old home and know the challenges of keeping everything in perfect repair. This home is on another level.
Innkeeper Janet was there on our arrival and gave us the grand tour. She also went out of her way to help when we had a question or needed anything. She is down to earth and super friendly, just like everyone else in this area. Janet was available 24/7 by text but we had our privacy as well.
We feel relaxed and rejuvenated and enjoyed every moment. We can't wait to go back in the fall.
Perfect for a girls getaway! One of my favorite things to do was sitting on the dock every evening and relaxing in a way that is sometimes impossible to do at home. I would recommend this beautiful historical home to anyone. The Inn Keepers are lovely. I would definitely bring hubby here.
My mom and I had an overnight retreat at Riverstone 1730 that was perfect for a relaxing recharge. You immediately feel at home with incredible inn keepers who are there to greet you and make sure your stay is everything you hope for. We can't wait to find an excuse to go back!
We had a marvelous stary at the historic Riverstone Inn this past weekend! The 1730 Inn instantly takes you back to the 18th century. The authentic antiques and charm of the Inn make Riverside the perfect place to spend time. Heather and Ken are fabulous hosts and made our stay very special. The master bath has been beautifully renovated and we slept very well in our four poster bed. We enjoyed our wonderful view of the river from our room! Breakfast at the Homestead General Store was a real treat and the neighboring towns of New Hope and Frenchtown were fun to explore. It was enjoyable as well to walk along the canal path that's right behind the Inn.
We look forward to staying in this gem of an Inn again. Many thanks to Heather and Ken for providing us with an incredible and fun weekend! We have a trove of happy memories.
Ken and Heather have spared no expense in making their beautiful, historical home a warm and welcoming place for their guests. What a gorgeous property! My family and I loved all the details - modern touches while keeping the history of the home. Working fireplace inside in the family room, dock and fire pit right on the river. Kayaks and bikes available for use, and hammers for nearby Ringing Rocks park. There is a canal
to bike along. Thoughtful, complimentary breakfast at Homestead around the corner. Very comfortable beds and a large jacuzzi tub. Modern kitchen and bathroom. River views from two of the bedrooms. They’ve though of everything and were left needing nothing (but if we did, they were always available.) Plus they’re super cool! Great location to explore the river towns. Overall, a special property and excellent value. Thank you guys for a great birthday trip 😊
