  Becky was amazing. She helped us with the application process right away. The process was quick and easy. We received an approval in 2 days, only one of which was a business day. Becky was also very honest and transparent in answering all of our questions. I wish we would have found this place sooner. Also, it is very clear that Becky genuinely cares about her job and is excited to help people find homes.

  My move-in experience was nothing less than stellar. Communicating with Caren through the whole application process, she kept me in the loop as to what my next steps were. Very courteous and polite woman she is. I also had the please if meeting Brandon , the maintenance tech, and he was so very nice and helpful answering some questions that I had. I highly recommend this townhouse apt complex to everyone

  This place is awesome! I've been living here for almost a year now and I've loved everything about it. Becky and Caren in the office are great! They are very welcoming, kind, helpful and do it all with a smile! Maintenance does a great job at solving any problems no matter the time of day. The area is quiet and haven't had any issues with neighbors. Great all around!

  I've been here for about two years now, and it has been wonderful! Becky and Caren in the office are awesome. They are always happy to help with anything you need and always have a smile when you walk through the door. Maintenance is always quick to respond (even in the middle of the night) if you have any issues in your apartment. I would recommend (and have) these apartments to anyone!

  This place is awesome, if I could give it ten stars I would. It is very dog friendly and they have a new huge dog park! All of my neighbors are wonderful as well. I feel very safe and I am extremely impressed with the staff.
  
  From the moment I meant Becky in the rental office, I could tell that she truly cares and wanted to find the right apartment for me. The property manager, Caren, is also very pleasant and is always asking how things are going.
  
  My unit has all the amenities I need for a reasonable price. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and will go out of their way to ask if we need anything. The property is very well run and I look forward to renewing my lease.
