  As with living anywhere there are ups and downs. Location is quiet but still centrally located to everything. Downside is maintenance of shrubs, decks are dry rotted, and office staff doesn't return calls or emails.

  Chris (Maintenance) Is awesome. I almost want to request him as my designated worker. His professional composure is one that is absent among most maintenance workers. And yet Chris balances it well with a warm smile and an eagerness for more work. His communication skills, honesty and attention to detail is by far his greatest strengths. He fixed 3 work orders in no time and asked if there was anything else I needed. Most maintenance workers are ready to leave afterwards. Thank you Chris.

  I came few months ago to move in but didn’t got good expression from the old manager decided not to rent. After 2 months decided to go back and try it and see Maddie back and new manager onboard I was so happy. The atmosphere feels so good in the office. Even the maintenance staff greet me very impressed. Am so happy to see new management and Maddie received me with open arms and made my move in so smooth. I will recommend Bethlehem to my friends.
