Their entire staff, from the vets to the nurses to the front office we found to be warm, efficient and professional. As an aside, all 4 of our feline friends agree.

(February 17, 2023, 1:34 pm)We had to unfortunately put our beloved Lucy down. An extremly painful experience. The Ringwood Animal Hospital was not only kind, patient and very sympathetic but provided us all the time that we wanted and needed and assuring us that what we were doing was in the best interest for our pup and how much love it takes to make this decision. In addition, they splurged our Lucy with things that we don't give her to eat and was a very special way of getting Lucy calmer. Thank you for your kindness during this time.

(February 2, 2023, 8:19 pm)They took me and my pup in on an emergency as I thought she may have swallowed a screw. They took me right in, had her X-rayed and eased my worried mind. Turns out she didn’t swallow the screw….. They were competent, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They are now my vet.

I have a pet with ongoing medical issues and they are so responsive to my questions and dedicated to ensuring the most appropriate treatment plan for him.

(March 1, 2022, 10:53 am)Respect! Yesterday was the saddest day of our lives. We lost our little one. He was old and had an underlying issues for almost a year. However, the team from Ringwood Animal Hospital helped us making through the toughest moments. Great team. Thank you all !
